1) We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $99
2) Made to Order Products: While we do carry some ready-made inventory of our most popular scents, the majority of our products are crafted to order. Rest assured, this doesn't compromise our commitment to fast processing.
3) Maceration for Optimal Scent Experience: To ensure you experience the full potential of our fragrances, we recommend allowing them to macerate for a minimum of two weeks before forming your final opinion. Although you can use the fragrance immediately and enjoy it, allowing it to mature enhances its depth and character, making the scent even more delightful.
4) Premium Fragrance Strength: At La Ree Fragrances, we go above and beyond to offer you the highest quality scents. Most of our fragrances are Parfum/Extract strength, without any additional cost. We believe in using only the finest ingredients, providing you with an exquisite resemblance to our inspired designer and niche scents. Unlike other companies, we never compromise on quality or charge extra for the Extract/Parfum strength.
5) Cruelty-Free & Vegan: We are committed to ethical practices, and that's why all our fragrances undergo absolutely no animal testing and contain no animal-derived ingredients. Moreover, we steer clear of toxic chemicals and dyes, ensuring a clean and safe fragrance experience for you. Our dedication to your well-being extends to our choice to avoid using denatured alcohol and other harmful substances.
6) Our Guarantee: We take our craft seriously, and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We stand behind our products with a fragrance exchange guarantee for our 35ml & 60ml sizes. If a fragrance doesn't fit your taste, contact us, in regards to the exchange. Once we receive the minimally used product back from you, we'll send you a new fragrance (customer pays shipping costs). Keep in mind, scents can evolve over time, and what you initially dislike might become a favorite after the dry down. We recommend to try our 15ml sizes first. While we are happy to do an exchange, because our fragrances are made to order we do NOT offer refunds.
7) Order Delivery and Protection: We strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and securely. We provide tracking and delivery confirmation for all our shipments to keep you informed about your package's journey.
What to do for "Delivered, but Not Received"
In the rare event that the tracking information confirms your order has been delivered to your specified address, but you haven't received it, please take the following steps:
- For USPS deliveries, contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to initiate an investigation.
- For UPS deliveries, please call 1-800-742-5877.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages where the tracking indicates delivery to your address. However, we offer an additional layer of protection to safeguard your order. All our shipments are insured. In case of non-delivery, a simple claim with USPS or UPS will begin the process, helping us verify if an error was made by the carrier.
Secure Delivery:
If you've had previous experiences with lost or stolen packages in your area, we recommend having your orders delivered to a work address. This extra precaution ensures that you receive your items safely and without any issues. Your satisfaction and the security of your orders are our top priorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be settled in accordance with your local customs regulations.

- Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.
