after comparing it to some other clones this is the closest to the original inspiration and i haven't even let it mascerate / mature yet. putting your nose to your skin during the immediate opening before your skin visibly absorbs the frag is where differences are the most apparent, but that not will be noticeable for long. once the shine of the initial spray subsides and a few minutes have passed, this and profumo are nearly identical in the air.

however, when i look more closely and compare the two on skin side by side, they are quite similar but minor differences in the balance of notes - still closer than other clones i've tried. based on my experience, profumo's top notes are slightly more forward than the o.gio coastline's approach to the top notes (profumo has a stronger mineral accord than o.gio coastline). the middle notes are more forward in coastline than profumo. the base notes of o.gio coastline is good enough to be recognized as profumo as it reaches the dry down, but the incense + patchouli blend in profumo is something i've smelled for a while and have grown to love so that one smells better to me in the dry down.

given the price, similarity to profumo, and the state of profumo's ever growing rarity, buying this may be a reasonable choice for many. i don't usually make reviews but my search for a worthy profumo clone has ended when i put my nose on this bad boy.

tldr: this is the closest clone to profumo i've smelled so far. clone is slightly less citrusy, more middle note forward, and has similar levels of incense as profumo. this may change after a few weeks / months of letting it sit (i just got it). worth it.

I found out about this company on a fragrance group in Facebook so I tried a couple and man the shipping is really fast and this is a very awesome fragrance I will definitely be buying more!!

This fragrance is a great interpretation of Profumo. Out of the acqua di gio line, Profumo is like the Eldest brother. The most mature and sophisticated. It’s like a Swiss Army knife in the fact that the fragrance is extremely versatile.

Coastline is a fragrance that I can use both at work and on a date. I love having this in my arsenal! I can spray it on and feel confident in the fact that I know I smell great, no matter the situation.

Was disheartened to find out one of my favorite colognes was discontinued as my bottle neared empty. Truly appreciate the accuracy on this one and will continue to purchase ongoing!

I am very happy with my purchase, very fast delivery and the fragrance is very very similar to ADG Profumo

I am a massive fan of the original ADG Profumo, unfortunately it's been discontinued. I am reviewing this based off a sample I received with a recent order, so I do not yet own a full bottle but once it's available outside of preordering, I will be ordering it. It hits being just like the now discontinued fragrance. I rarely write reviews, I have over 20 bottles from this company & all are fantastic but I don't think I wrote a review on any of them. I felt obligated on this one because I know getting a bottle of ADG Profumo is a huge pain in the but, & all the so called clones I have tried are not very good.
